Commitment to children and young people: the National Redress Scheme
Lifestyle Solutions has joined the National Redress Scheme, set up by the Australian Government to provide support for people who experienced institutional child sexual abuse.
While Lifestyle Solutions was not named in the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse and is not required to join the Scheme, we have joined in support of the Scheme’s objectives, that include to acknowledge the significant trauma caused to people who experienced institutional child sexual abuse and to provide redress and counselling support.
As a national provider of essential care services for children and young people, we understand our responsibility to the community to support people’s access to justice and healing. We are committed to providing the highest quality and safe support to children and young people in our care.
