People with disabilities are more prone to certain health issues and illnesses because of their condition or medication. Some children and young people are also vulnerable.
These fact sheets offer easy advice on:
- how to prevent and deal with common health issues
- your mental health
- what to do in an emergency
- who to go to for help and support.
They are:

The fact sheets are all no more than two pages long. You can print them on one double-sided sheet of paper, or you can read them online.
