We’re proud to announce the appointment of Lisa Giacomelli and Dr Ros Blakley as co-Chief Executive Officers of Possability Group.

Lisa joined Lifestyle Solutions in 2022 as Executive Director of Child and Family Services. Lisa has a deep commitment to the people that we support as well as our employees who deliver our services. She holds extensive experience supporting children, young people and their families across the YMCA and Life Without Barriers and is the current Chair of Children in Care Collective.

Throughout her career, Lisa has worked alongside people with disability, including developing local government social plans, supporting disability advisory groups in government, providing out-of-home care programs for children and young people with disability and serving on the board of a disability organisation.

Ros brings a wealth of expertise after a decade at Bupa Asia Pacific, most recently leading the Bupa Dental Care business. Prior to this, she had a distinguished 20-year career in the Australian Defence Force as a medical officer, where she cared for individuals with serious injuries and physical and intellectual disabilities. She was directly involved in their rehabilitation and worked closely with their families to ensure they were also supported.
