We specialise in providing intensive supports to people with complex behaviours related to mental health and disability and who have had a previous history with, or are at risk of, entering into the justice system.
Our services aim to prevent and reduce reoffending behaviours. We do this by supporting our participants to reintegrate into the community and engage in a positive and meaningful way.
We work together with participants, their families and carers to plan both short and long-term goals that are person-centred to help build confidence and self-esteem.
Through our supported accommodation, clinical behaviour supports and case management, we have a proven track record of supporting people to gain a better quality of life and become contributing members of their local community.
