Foster carers are able to contact our After Hours Service between:
- Week nights 4:30pm to 8:30am
- Weekends from 4:30pm Friday evening to 8:30am Monday morning
- Public holidays.

Our After Hours Service team is authorised to make decisions and assist with concerns such as illness, injury, hospitalisation, absconding, behavioural or mental health concerns and urgent placement decisions.
